When staff intervene, comply immediately. Disagreements should be handled through tickets.
Cheats, mod menus, duplication, macros, bug exploits, and economy abuse are zero tolerance.
Do not use out-of-character information for in-character advantage.
This includes Discord, streams, DMs, OOC chat, or information from another character.
Tier 2Remain in character unless staff directs otherwise or an approved OOC situation exists.
Your character values their life and should act realistically when threatened or outmatched.
Do not force outcomes. Allow others reasonable time and opportunity to respond.
After death, forget the events directly leading to death, do not return for 15 minutes, and do not seek revenge.
Do not attack or kill another player without valid in-character reason and proper RP buildup.
Violence must have purpose, context, and escalation.
Tier 3Do not use vehicles as weapons without valid RP context.
Players must provide clear roleplay and a reasonable opportunity to respond before violence occurs.
Let police scenes play out naturally. Do not interfere unless directly involved IC.
Robberies require minimum law enforcement on duty.

Hostages must be real players. Maximum hostage value is $20,000.
No fake, staged, or friend hostages. On-duty EMS may not be taken hostage.
Tier 2-3No fighting, robbing, or shooting in hospitals, police departments, job centers, main garages, or open player-owned businesses.
On-duty EMS may not be robbed, kidnapped, executed, or used for criminal gain unless staff-approved.
Maximum of 5 criminals actively participating in a scene unless staff approval is granted.
Gang activity should be identifiable, story-driven, and built through legitimate IC interaction.
Territories are not KOS zones. Organized wars require buildup and 36-hour cooldowns.
